These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through the webshop at Luce i Pere

A customer is any person who orders a product through the website. By purchasing a product, the customer agrees to the stated terms and conditions.

•  Payment is possible by direct bank transfer (payment details will be displayed during the order process)

Delivery: 

•  We deliver via BoxNow and GLS courier delivery
•   Delivery cost: 
•  BoxNow: 2.90 eur           
• GLS: 5.00 eur                                                                                         
•  Delivery time: 2-5 business days from the date of visible payment.                           
•  Personal pickup is possible by prior arrangement

 

Returns and Complaints                                                                                                               Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns except in the case of incorrectly delivered items or if the item significantly deviates from the description (e.g., unnoticed damage). In such a case, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

The data you provide when ordering (name, surname, address, contact) is used exclusively for processing and delivering orders. The customer has the right to request the modification or deletion of their data at any time via the contact form.
